electric hammer?
I would like to make an electric hammer (do-it-yurself) which can break rock etc. Which is best method - compress air, solonoid or hydraulic? Please note that it is not about hammer drill.

There are many tools on the market for all types of tasks so I fail to see why you cannot just buy something. it's most likely that an "off the shelf" tool will work out cheaper and better.
To discus the options, you say electric operated so the hydraulic or pneumatic would require a separate electrically generated source, presumably you don't have so this would be very restrictive (expensive).
If the duty is fairly light an electric tool would be best however more power may be better to go to pneumatic. Hydraulics are rarely used in tools except where this type of power is already available such as rock breakers on excavators.
