Can I use a finishing nailer to attach roofing shingles?

I just purchased a DIY shed and I have to roof it. I have a few other projects like a fence to put up and a patio to cover and was thinking of buying a compressor/nailer combo kit, comes with a finishing nailer, a brad nailer, and a stapler. I know I would use the kit frequently but I wanted to know if I would need a different nail gun to attach shingles to the roof of the shed and patio cover. Any help would be wonderful.

You need a nail with a large head to hold down a shingle, which a roofing nail has and a finish nail doesn't have.
A shed and a patio cover is a very small job, and can easily be nailed by hand.
