Cheap place to cut out a steel shape 120 x 120 x 6 mm?

Ok, I live in Narre warren Victoria Australia. I am making an ornamental knuckle duster (meaning it will be going in a glass box for display) and i have started cutting one out by hand, using a hacksaw, drill bit, cold chisel, file and bench grinder. But this is very slow very hard work. Is there a place that is near where i live where i can get it cut out at a cheep price. So far the cheapest price is $60 from Lazerman in Dandenong. It would be cut out with a plasma cutter. but i really want a much cheaper price say around $15.

Laser or waterjet is the way to go, much faster than CNC milling. Plasma leaves a ragged edge. You need to get up into higher quantities to reduce the price, since programming and set-up time are fixed cost...that's probably why the high $60 price, although you haven't stated what quantities you are looking for.

Also, your design is removing more material than it is keeping, which drives up the cost.
